Your content. You keep full ownership of the photos, stories, recordings and other content you add. You give us permission to store, display and process it only so we can provide the service to you, share it when you choose to, and print keepsakes you order.
Acceptable use. Only add content you have the right to use. Please don't upload anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights.
Our brand. The Flicktora name, logo, Flick mascot and website design belong to Flicktora.
Printed keepsakes. Printed products are coming soon. Their terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation and Delivery & Returns pages, and do not affect your statutory rights.
