Printed Flicktora keepsakes are made to your personal design, so the usual 14-day right to cancel for change of mind does not apply once your order is placed. If you need to cancel or amend, email us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to help before your order enters production.
If your keepsake arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you approved, we'll put it right with a reprint or a refund. Please email info@flicktora.co.uk with photos as soon as you can — ideally within 14 days of delivery, so we can resolve it quickly.
Reporting time frames are there to help us act quickly. They do not limit your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you keep your rights for goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, even after 14 days.
