Because every keepsake is personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please email info@flicktora.co.uk with photos and we'll put it right with a free replacement or a refund. Telling us within 14 days helps us sort it quickly, but your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not limited to 14 days.
