Printed keepsakes are made to order at our UK print partners. Typical production is 3–5 working days, with UK delivery a further 2–3 working days. International delivery times vary.
Because every keepsake is personalised, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please email info@flicktora.co.uk within 14 days with photos and we'll replace it free of charge.
