Your memories are yours.

Flicktora exists to help you keep the moments that make up your life — holidays, weddings, family days and everyday memories. We only collect what we need to run the service, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account and memories at any time.

• Beta access: your name, email address and the moments you'd most like to keep.
• Contact form: your name, email address and your message.
• Technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as your internet address and browser type, which our hosting and security providers use to deliver and protect the site.

We use this to manage your beta access, email you about it (for example, your invitation when it opens), reply to your messages and keep the website secure. We do not send marketing or promotional emails to the beta list, and the website does not use visitor analytics.

When you use the Flicktora app, we process the information needed to provide it: your account details, and the photos, written stories and places you choose to add to your memories. You choose what to share, and memories are private unless you share them. The app's full privacy details, including any optional features, will be set out before the app opens to the public.

Under UK GDPR we process your data to give you the beta access or service you asked for (contract, or steps you asked us to take before one), to reply to your messages and keep Flicktora secure (legitimate interests), and where we must by law (legal obligation).

• Lovable (Lovable Labs AB, Sweden) — hosts this website, stores beta access requests and contact messages, and sends our beta and contact emails.
• Our database is hosted in a data centre in Ireland (EU).
• Cloudflare — protects the website from bots and attacks and helps deliver it to you, as part of our hosting.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA) — your browser loads our fonts directly from Google, which means Google receives your internet address and browser details.

The UK recognises the EU, including Ireland and Sweden, as providing adequate protection, so storing data there needs no extra safeguards. Google LLC is certified under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Some of our hosting providers may also process data in other countries; you can ask us for details of where and how at any time.

We keep beta access requests while the beta list is in use, so we can send your invitation and manage your access. We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to answer you and deal with any follow-up. We review these records and delete those we no longer need — and we delete your details sooner if you ask us to. Unsubscribing stops our emails straight away; to have your details deleted as well, just email us. Where the law requires us to keep limited records (for example, order records for tax purposes), we keep them only for as long as required.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at info@flicktora.co.uk.
